At Stenda, we believe in empowering our local communities by equipping the youth with the skills they need to thrive in the mining industry. Recently, we conducted training in key areas, including First Aid, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Basic Hand Tools, Power Tools, and Rigging.
This initiative aimed to enhance safety, expertise, and employability for the participants. It was a proud moment for us as we handed over certificates to the trainees, marking the culmination of their hard work and dedication. These newly skilled individuals are now better positioned to contribute to the growth and sustainability of their communities.
